About the role:
The Admin Coordinator supports the Senior Manager Aircraft Maintenance (SMAM) in his duties and performs administration duties for the Aircraft Maintenance and CAMO department. He/she has to arrange and organise tasks with the other Admin staff in the Technical division which are applicable to all departments.
Main duties include but not limited to:
- Organising daily work of SMAM.
- Perform various clerical and administrative work to support the Aircraft Maintenance and CAMO department requirements and maintain the office functions smoothly on a daily basis.
- Review, prepare and maintain correspondence and documentation of the Aircraft Maintenance and CAMO department.
- Process leave in Oracle.
- Process, maintain and update staff various records.
- Process staff requests to HR.
- Maintain passes and permits.
- Arrange permissions for external staff and suppliers.
- Assist other Admin staff in regards to their duties.
- Update ARMS.
- Maintain staff roster, time and attendance.
- Verify attendance records and invoices.
- Effecting special projects.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
High School/Secretarial School Graduate or equivalent.
Experience
Three (3) to five (5) years experience as a secretarial/management admin.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office including word & excel.
Proficient in English.
