TasksWhen you join our team, you will:
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, mail or in person and develop sales proposals
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Responsible for filling out a job tracking list and other job related documents;
- Responsible for packaging and shipping;
- Responsible for assisting and collaborating with authorities during audits;
- Consulting Customers regarding graphic products;
- Following required IQ Move / ProX processes;
- Contacting and arranging the shipment on demand
