Description:You will be an Intelligence Analyst for our Global Security team with a focus on travel risk management for international travel and assignments, and providing support as needed to the Crisis Management team.
What you will be doing
We are seeking a skilled Intelligence Analyst to support travel risk management for personnel traveling to international destinations, including high risk travel; as well as providing Crisis Management support. The ideal candidate will assess security threats, analyze geopolitical risks, and provide actionable intelligence to ensure the safety and preparedness of individuals and teams operating globally. This role requires experience in risk mitigation, crisis management, security analysis, and emergency response planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of travel risks, including security threats, geopolitical instability, environmental hazards, and health concerns.
• Develop and implement travel risk management strategies, ensuring personnel are adequately prepared for high-risk environments.
• Monitor global events, emerging threats, and intelligence reports to provide timely updates, advisories, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Support crisis management initiatives, including emergency response planning, evacuation coordination, and incident reporting, as needed.
• Collaborate with security teams, government agencies, and intelligence sources to ensure thorough risk analysis and crisis preparedness.
• Provide pre-travel briefings, security recommendations, and crisis preparedness training for individuals and teams.
• Support incident response efforts by developing contingency plans for travelers in complex environments.
• Ensure alignment between travel risk policies and corporate security objectives while implementing security best practices.
• Stay updated on international travel regulations, diplomatic advisories, and security guidelines for personnel safety.
• Maintain key trackers for elevated risk travel approval processing and daily/weekly status reports from around the world, utilizing Microsoft Teams. Develop other digital transformation tools to assist with day to day operations.
• Act as backup to Mission Ops & Training Lead, providing operational support to programs and travelers/expats.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong computing skills and database management tools.
• Good organization skills, with an emphasis on multi-tasking and rapidly assessing and shifting priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professional demeanor under stressful situations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent writing skills – ability to present written briefings, summaries, communications in a clear, concise, well-articulated, and professional manner. Information often provided to senior leadership.
• Ability to work under pressure, make informed decisions in critical situations, and coordinate crisis response efforts effectively.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Ability to provide briefings at all levels to key stakeholders and security senior management.
• Experience working in Microsoft Office and Teams applications, as well as Tableau, Confluence and SharePoint.
Desired Skills:
• Degree in international studies, emergency management, risk management, threat assessment or related areas of study.
• Experience traveling internationally and familiarity with applying international security and crisis management practices in real-world situations.
• Familiarity with implementing security countermeasures and understanding USG practices/protocol for physical security in austere environments, preferably in a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) environment.
• Ability to perform tactical analysis from open source research.
• Awareness of government agencies, security firms, emergency response teams, or multinational corporations.
• Familiarity with or working in 24/7 Security/Emergency Operations Centers specific to international travel and expat support.
• Ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner to executive and senior level leadership.
• Familiarity with handling customer service related calls and resolving them personally or referring issues to the appropriate SME.
• Familiarity with core business functions, critical interrelationships and key stake holders of programs.
• Capable of interpreting Government policies and procedures such as the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
• Familiarity with conducting in-depth assessments of international travel risks, including geopolitical, environmental, health and security threats.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
