Boeing Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) is currently looking for Lead Functional Analyst SAP Environmental Health and Safety to join their S4 COE team in Bangalore, India. This position will focus on implementation and support of SAP projects based on S/4HANA. A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position will focus on working directly with multiple stakeholders including business, solution architects and developers to implement SAP projects.

Position Responsibilities
• Proven experience working as an SAP EHS Consultant/Analyst.
• Hands-on experience in configuring sub-modules like Specification Management, Global Label Management, Dangerous Goods Management.
• Hands-on experience in configuring Product Safety sub-module including configuring Report Shipping functionalities and dealing with customizations.
• Proficient in Substance Volume Tracking configuration, impact on other modules and dealing with related customizations.
• Experienced in dealing with EHS data interfaces including but not limited to regulatory data updates, SDS indexing, DG Master data etc.
• Vision for how the new SAP Product Compliance will fit in & what migrations may be needed to migrate from classic EHS.
• Proficiency in conducting requirements/design workshops to understand and segregate standard OOTB vs. gaps/custom.
In-depth familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology for running transformation programs.
• Work with developers to develop custom objects, as required and coordinate testing with business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
• At least 16 years of overall experience with business experience in Environmental Health and Safety and should have 12+ of years’ experience in SAP EHS Consulting with Implementation Experience with at least 1 E2E full life cycle implementation in SAP S/4 HANA
• Solid experience in Environmental Health and Safety large and complex business environments, with at least one implementation in S/4 HANA
• Should have very good knowledge on the business processes associated with SAP Environmental Health and Safety team for Aerospace and Defense industry.
• Experience of S/4 HANA and should be well aware of the S/4HANA road-map, aware of differences
between various releases and new innovations that are brought in each of the S/4HANA release.
• Sound knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety with external systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience ) :
Have worked in projects in ASAP or Activate methodology there by gained experience in understanding requirements,architecting end to end solutions
•Integration touch points with Sales/Procurement/Costing /EWM /Plant maintenance
Typical Education & Experience:
• Typically, 12-16 years related work experience or Relevant military experience. advanced degree (eg. Bachelor,Master, etc), preferred, but not required.
