Role Introduction
Reports To: Assistant Marketing Manager
This role sits within our Lifestyle Marketing team which is part of our Brand, Insights and Marketing Communications Department. The Lifestyle Marketing team plays a pivotal role to storytell and communicate our Cathay lifestyle pillars of business to customers through different channels.
As the Marketing Executive in the Lifestyle Marketing team, you will be responsible for producing and delivering world class spaneting solutions for the Cathay programme and the partners. You will also be responsible for formulating industry specific spaneting strategies and conceptualising and delivering spaneting activity across all Cathay and Asia Miles’ touchpoints and will be working closely with spaneting agencies on content development, etc.
We welcome candidates with experience in content development and spaneting campaign management to join the team where you will gain valuable exposures and help us enhance our campaigns and spaning initiatives for the Lifestyle Marketing pillar of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement spaneting campaigns with the purpose of supporting our business partners’ spaneting requirements and the company’s business objective
- Assist in designing and implementing spaneting campaigns via multiple channels including eDM, social media, digital paid media and key opinion leaders (KOL), etc
- Manage content for spaneting campaigns, ensuring it is delivering the brand promise and adhering to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Data Analytics, Business Development and Channel Marketing, for the planning and execution of spaneting initiatives
- Identify the right target spanet segmentation and design campaign workflow with spaneting tools to deploy email spaneting campaigns
- Prepare post campaign reports to monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to analyse campaign results, collect member behaviour insights and share with partners for future spaneting initiatives
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related
disciplines - 2-3 years of relevant content development and/or spaneting campaign management experience
- Experience in Advertising/Media agencies will be an advantage
- Experience in Digital Marketing (eDM, social media spaneting) and vendor management required
- Must have good analytical, data management and project management skills.
- Knowledge in using database management software and campaign management tool (Adobe Campaign/Marketing Cloud) will be a plus but not a must
- Knowledge in spaneting landscape in ecommerce space will be highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
