Location: Altus AFB, OK Full-Time Consultant (12 months) Starting Pay $37.64 /hour First Shift, Monday–Friday, 7 AM–2:30 PM

Make a Difference Every Day.At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re seeking a sharp, adaptable Scheduler to join our aerospace operations team supporting critical training functions at Altus Air Force Base. In this fast-paced, high-impact role, your scheduling expertise will keep instructor teams, support personnel, and students aligned and mission-ready—ensuring the smooth operation of aircraft simulators and training devices.
What You’ll Do:Develop and manage dynamic simulator schedules for Air Force student training programs
Coordinate with instructors and students to resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently
Maintain and update accurate scheduling records using the Training Management System (TMS)
Process student/instructor registrations and build weekly training schedules ensuring full coverage
Perform daily schedule updates to account for shifting conditions and training completion rates
Collaborate closely with Air Force scheduling offices to support continuation training
Track student graduation outcomes and compile reports for leadership
What You Bring:Required Qualifications:
Strong background in scheduling roles (preferably in high-demand, customer-focused environments)
Demonstrated experience working directly with customers or client accounts
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in aerospace, aviation, military, or technical training environments
Familiarity with Training Management Systems (TMS) or similar scheduling platforms

Pay Details: $37.64 per hour
