About the Role
We are a growing staffing firm seeking an experienced Account Manager to own and grow our largest enterprise client relationship. You will be the primary point of contact for a workforce of 110+ contract employees — scaling to 200+ by year-end — and will be responsible for the full lifecycle of account operations, client satisfaction, and headcount growth.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the dedicated account manager for a major enterprise client, overseeing a large contract workforce of 110+ employees with a clear growth trajectory to 200+ by year-end
- Build and maintain a strong, consultative relationship with client stakeholders at multiple levels — from hiring managers to senior leadership
- Manage day-to-day account operations including onboarding, placements, performance issues, contract compliance, and offboarding
- Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely fulfillment of open requisitions and anticipate future hiring needs
- Track headcount metrics, requisition pipelines, and client KPIs — providing regular reporting and business reviews
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate, acting as the client's internal advocate
- Negotiate extensions, conversions, and contract terms in coordination with leadership
- Identify and pursue organic account growth opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with client MSA/VMS requirements, SLAs, and staffing regulations
What You Bring
- 3–6+ years of account management experience in the staffing, workforce solutions, or professional services industry
- Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts — experience with companies such as Wipro, Adecco, Manpower, Randstad, TEKsystems, or similar global organizations strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate large contingent workforces (100+ headcount)
- Strong client relationship skills with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
- Exceptional organizational skills — able to juggle multiple priorities and complex headcount pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to client stakeholders
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, VMS systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar), and MS Office / Google Workspace
- Must be able to work fully on-site in Londonderry, NH — this is not a remote role
- A strong sense of ownership: you take accountability for your accounts and your clients' success
