Job Summary
The Sr. IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst is responsible for the planning, design and execution of Organizational Change Management strategy and deliverables on simple to complex implementations. This role develops relationships with stakeholders and a working knowledge of existing business processes to understand the impact of IT change management initiatives within an organization. They assess the impact of changes on employees and processes, develop communication and training strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful transition to a new ERP solution. This role maintains documentation related to change management processes, coordinates resources, communications, and training to support the ERP implementation. The analyst monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of change management efforts, providing recommendations for improvement. Their goal is to enhance employee engagement and minimize resistance, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous growth. In addition, this position administers post-implementation surveys and monitoring to collect data, perform analysis, and measure the results of changes. Initially, this role is focused on the 3-year ERP Business Transformation program and then will focus on other large strategic initiatives. This position will be part of the Information Technology team.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

- Coach leaders and stakeholders relating to change, communication, engagement, and training to drive the ERP transformation program forward;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather input, address concerns and ensure alignment on change objectives.
- Develops relationships with stakeholders and a working knowledge of existing business processes to understand the impact of changes and contribute to transition planning.
- Create a repeatable Organizational Change Management methodology for IT initiatives in partnership with stakeholders
- Manage the creation and delivery of standard change management deliverables, including change impact assessment(s) and change readiness assessment(s), change action plans, change risk plans, and others.
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans that align with organization goals and support the smooth transition of initiatives.
- Create and implement effective communication strategies to inform employees about changes, benefits, and available resources through the transition.
- Establish and manage the change management network for large technology deployments.
- Provide input into the business readiness activities (e.g. Go/No Go decisions) during deployments.
- Provide ideas for helping Cirrus continue to evolve the approach to change management leveraging change management methodology, process, and tools
- Stay connected and informed on best practices in the OCM field. Coordinate and create key program implementation communications on what is coming, what to expect and when.
- Design and facilitate training programs and workshops to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes successfully
- Facilitate key leadership and project meetings focused on what each implementation phase will deliver, the benefits and the associated human change.
- Track the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and data to assess impact and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Assessing current awareness of the change and identify and address resistance to change through targeted interventions, support and engagement strategies.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Communication, Organizational Development, or relevant field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years work experience in organizational change management activities and responsibilities
- Working knowledge of OCM best practices and standards
- Experience translating complex stakeholder perspectives into functional OCM plans and implements those plans as designed
- Experience working in complex projects that use both waterfall and agile principles
- Leadership in developing and delivering training plans and deliverables for large technology
- Experience in developing and delivering communication plans and communicating deliverables for large technology projects
- Experience in written and oral communication across all levels of the organization
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Ability to collaboratively work with cross functional teams across the organization
- Change Management Certification preferred
