Description: You will be the Subcontract Administrator Asc for our Contracts team. Our team is responsible for developing and administering subcontracts to support the procurement of specialized test equipment, materials, and services for development, production, and global sustainment.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administrator Asc, you will be responsible for creating and managing subcontracts for multiple contract types, ensuring timely and effective procurement of goods and services. You will play a key role in supporting the development, production, and sustainment of our programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions
• Preparing bid packages, evaluating proposals, and negotiating subcontract provisions
• Administering subcontracts, including coordinating additions, deletions, or modifications
• Participating in the development of subcontract policies and procedures
• Signing supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority

Basic Qualifications:
• Knowledge and experience buying under the guidelines of the FAR/DFAR, LMAP, CAP, and other acquisition policies and procedures
• Be proactive and have excellent customer service skills
• Able to manage challenging workload effectively and efficiently
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and communications skills
• A self-starter and an excellent team player
• Have strong computer skills and experience in SAP or equivalent system
• Some travel may be required

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
