This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest-growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. The facility has the capabilities to perform an array of maintenance checks, modifications and upgrades all from this site. In your role, you will
- Assisting the wider HR & Training team with a variety of process, including new starter compliance, security clearances and airside security passes, onboarding and offboarding
- Perform data entry, record keeping, and tracking of personnel training and certification requirements, training attendance, and course evaluations for internal use as well as documented compliance with regulatory agencies and customers
- Conduct pre-employment checks including reference checking and background checks
- Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and ad-hoc projects
- Managing external stakeholders for course bookings, materials arrangement and tracking
- Assist with coordinating the Company’s induction week and assisting with a variety of different stakeholders and tasks to ensure the week runs smoothly
- Assist in managing apprenticeship documentation and administrative tasks relating to the company’s apprenticeship scheme
