PAY RATE: Up to $70/hour

Summary:
Lead and manage facility improvement projects including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations.
Develop and execute project plans, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Collaborate with architecture and engineering firms to define design criteria and prepare layout drawings.
Analyze facility specifications, regulatory requirements, and construction feasibility to support informed decision-making.
Prepare bid sheets, contracts, and procurement documents while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols, including employee safety training.
Work with the Construction Engineering team to inspect construction progress and ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
Act as the "face" of the Facilities department, building strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.
Work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
Active or ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
Minimum 4 years of experience in Construction Project Management (6+ years preferred).
2+ years of experience using AutoCAD.
4+ years of experience with Microsoft Project, including project scheduling.
2 4 years of experience in project planning and coordination.
Proven experience managing projects with budgets over $500,000.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use digital measuring devices.
Familiarity with ICD-705 compliance requirements.
4+ years of hands-on construction experience (6+ years preferred).
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
