A great opportunity for an experienced FAIRS Engineer or Mechanical Inspector to work with a leading aerospace company compiling and submitting FAIs for piece parts and assemblies on new items or following process changes. 

Responsibilities

Administration of all machinery and assembly FAIS in the VS

Interpretation of metrology reports to input into FAI pack

Working closely with Production Control and Verify departments to ensure timely throughput of FAIS

Supporting collation of measurement features for FAI pack

Essential Skills

Strong administration skills

Understanding of metrology reports and manufacturing process flow

Metrology experience
