Summary:
Assess and mitigate system security threats/risks throughout the embedded weapon system lifecycle.
Validate, implement, and verify system security requirements in hardware and software.
Design, deploy, and maintain system security architectures and countermeasures for advanced DoD weapon systems.
Analyze vulnerabilities and threats in product designs.
Prototype and test cybersecurity countermeasures to defend against attacks.
Requirements:
Ability to obtain clearance (not required to start)
High School Diploma or GED
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR)
2 4 years hands-on experience implementing and managing cybersecurity protocols
2 4 years, preferably in systems or software development
1 2 years designing or integrating embedded systems
1 2 years applying RMF for system security and compliance
1 2 years implementing system-level security measures
Experience designing, integrating, and managing complex systems
Familiarity with SDLC, coding, or system automation
Ability to analyze, interpret, and document system and cybersecurity requirements
Exposure to DoD weapon system security standards
Vulnerability Analysis: Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity vulnerabilities
Proficient in reading and writing English
Competent with computer usage
Strong written communication skills
