THE WORK
- Performs manual and clerical shipping and/or receiving duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, and other devices, as well as computers to maintain data. - Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.
- Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials; prepares records of materials shipped and bills of lading; routes materials to destinations.
- May lay out, fabricate, and assemble nonstandard shipping crates and boxes, and prepare parts and tooling for special shipment

You will be supporting a portfolio of work centers ranging in complexity in conjunction with a team of support and production assembly team members. Our functional group, the Production Control team, is composed of 32 professionals with a range of skill and experience in which will propel your growth and capabilities. Furthermore, our team actively collaborates across various integrated teams to ensure seamless support throughout the production process, ensuring successful delivery of contracted projects for our valued customers.

WHO YOU ARE
You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes.

Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of how to operate heavy machinery.

- Previous experience with inventory counting, order processing, and warehouse operations.

- Ability to sort, organize and store inventory in the proper
location.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
