Boeing Winnipeg Canada is looking for a Fall Supply Chain Intern who is interested in working side-by-side with experienced supply chain professionals. The Supply Chain Intern will report to the Supply Chain Manager and will be supporting our operations customers on day shift. This is a full-time internship opportunity that is based at our office in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The internship is full-time for a duration of 4 or 8 months in length, starting in early September 2025.

Position Responsibilities:
Assists in conducting request for quotation (RFQ), source selections, negotiates and documents purchase contracts and supply agreements.
Assists with gathering performance data to monitor supplier capability, capacity and business health. Works with team members to monitor supplier performance to contract and supports supplier performance reviews.
Maintains relationships and communications with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
Seeks opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities; participates in root cause analysis and development of improvement plans and monitors progress.
Demonstrates an interest in personal learning and development. Seeks feedback from multiple sources about how to improve and develop; modifies behavior based on feedback or self-analysis of past mistakes.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at our Winnipeg, Manitoba location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Currently enrolled as a full-time student with an accredited university or college with a focus on Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Economics
Must be at least a 2nd year or higher student with studies in a relevant program
Willing and able to work 40 hours per week during the internship
Must be legally able to work in Canada
Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
Experience or training in the area of Supply Chain and Procurement
Previous internship experience
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with SAP or other MPR system
*Graduates are ineligible unless continuing in post graduate studies.
This internship is open to co-op and non-co-op students.
Additional Information:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
