Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on piston fixed-wing aircraft in accordance with manuals, FAA regulations, and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and timely project completion.
• Follow procedures, manuals, and instructions diligently to uphold safety and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers as needed.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and enhance our operations.

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
• Passion for piston fixed-wing aviation and a commitment to excellence.
• Strong attention to detail and a procedural, safety-first approach.
• Enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
