Region Flyers is seeking a skilled Certified A&P Mechanic to join our team. This role is focused on maintaining and supporting piston General Aviation aircraft, with opportunities to work on avionics installations and electrical troubleshooting.

What You’ll Do

• Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on piston GA aircraft
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
• Complete documentation in compliance with FAA regulations
• Support avionics installations and upgrades (Garmin, Aspen, and other systems)
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all work performed

What We’re Looking For

• Valid A&P License (required)
• General Aviation piston aircraft experience
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Garmin & Aspen avionics is a plus
• Electrical/avionics installation background preferred
• IA privileges a strong plus
