Job Description:
Hybrid/remote AOG/MRT technician position based at KTEB servicing the greater NYC metro, and beyond.
Job expectations:
-Troubleshoot/repair/inspect/return to service customer operated aircraft IAW applicable FARs, maintenance publications and GMM/GOM with minimal oversight
-Directly communicate with maintenance control, flight crews, directors of maintenance, owners etc in an articulate and professional manner
-Accurately document time for billing and accounting purposes.
-track expenses incurred accurately on company issued credit card during the performance of your duties
-Maintain company issued equipment and assets to acceptable standards
-Live within 1 hour commutable distance from KTEB
-Have the ability to dispatch within 2 hour notice, at any time, from their domicile, unless arranged prior with management
Mandatory requirements:
-Read/write/speak English fluently (ideally native speaker)
-A&P certificate
-3+ years civil aviation experience
-Cessna Citation and/or Beechcraft KingAir Experience
-We will consider candidates with heavy/complex GA piston and turboprop experience (414/421/425/441, TBM, etc); or other corporate jet models
-Valid US Drivers License
-Clean driving record (no SR-22, FR-44, etc)
-Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and adobe acrobat
-Candidate will furnish their own hand tools to reasonable expectations for an AOG/Field team position (sockets, wrenches, pliers, etc)
-Candidate must possess an Iphone and be proficient with IOS
-"Self-starter"/"go-getter" attitude
Preferred skills/experience
-Spanish proficiency
-Prior AOG/MRT/Field Service experience
-Leadership experience (civil or military)
