Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services, or simply called KAMS, is one of Ryanairs technical support bases in Europe, located at Kaunas airport, Lithuania. Our daily task is to perform technical maintenance and repair for 2 Boeing 737-800 aircraft which are serviced in our 4 hangars . KAMS goal is to provide highest level of services and ensure Ryanair passengers fly safely.

Position based in Kaunas, Lithuania.
Start date of paid training: 1st of June, 2026
As a Trainee Sheet Metal Worker you will be:
✈ Metal processing, cutting, drilling, and riveting tasks;
✈ Working with various equipment such as bending machines, metal guillotines, drills, grinders, etc.
✈ Working and learning in a team together with experienced aircraft structure repair mechanics;
✈ Searching for and implementing the most suitable repair solutions;
✈ Shift work, including day and night shifts: 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00 (the schedule will be different during the training period).
✈ Ensuring all training is done in time.
