Roles and Responsibilities
- Provides commercial expertise and insights to Boeing on product line and business plan regarding strategy on sales campaign activity.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and makes recommendations to both Boeing and GE/CFM when needed on commercial offerings.
- Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses internal and external resources to help arrive at recommended business decisions.
- Collaborate with all commercial teams across Boeing and GE/CFM to increase probability of win on priority campaigns.
- Develop customer engagement strategy for GE/CFM with Boeing in coordination with Product Marketing, Sales, and Boeing.
- Understand and improve "value sell" and be able to effectively communicate to and educate Boeing.
- Drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness and coordination with Boeing and GE/CFM
- Provide GE/CFM sales teams with key data and metrics to understand Boeing sales KPIs
- Work with CFM/GE and Boeing strategy and product development teams in support of new product development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer facing roles, contract negotiations, Product Management, or Services.

- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and conditions with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.

*Note, given the nature of this position, this role will require an in person working arrangement from the Boeing facility in Seattle, Washington. Candidates should expect up to 25 travel annually.
The base pay range for this position is $145,500 - $195,000 . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 1/15/2026.
