Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Law, or related fields;
- Minimum of 5 years procurement experience, to include contract preparation, supplier management, and negotiation experience, with 3+ years in Aerospace industry preferred;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience purchasing aerospace materials, to include composite materials, metallic raw materials or machined parts, and aircraft components and systems;
- Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives;
- Ability to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of leadership & to lead and close out negotiations;
- Proven contract management and negotiation techniques;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Must be fluent (speaking and reading) the English Language;
- Must be a US Citizen due to program security clearance requirements.

- Ability to interact with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to operate within a team to reach team goals and business objectives;
- Ability to empower others to achieve results through motivation, recognition and performance feedback;
- Ability to recognize, respond to customer expectations with sense of urgency;
- Ability to take full responsibility for decisions & results even when all elements are not under individual direct control;
- Experience in implementing industry leading best practices.
