PDS Tech Commercial is seeking skilled and motivated Flight Hours Services (FHS) Repair Managers (Contract) to support our Customer Service Repair department in Miami, FL. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for managing critical situations involving repair suppliers, ensuring delivery performance across time, cost, and quality standards.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary contact for operational FHS repair issues
Manage and coordinate with repair suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality service
Identify and address non-performance by suppliers
Conduct supplier visits to foster strong relationships and ensure accountability
Support ramp-up of activities and coordinate with internal teams
Collaborate with Customer Service teams to uphold service excellence
What You Bring:
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in aerospace logistics, supply chain, or repair management
Ability to manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel as needed for supplier engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Flight Hours Services or afterspanet aerospace operations
Understanding of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) environments
Additional language proficiency (English required; Spanish/French a plus)

Pay Details: $37.50 to $48.50 per hour
