As a Product Manager, you will join the Annemasse site of the HPCE division and report to the Business Units Product and Applications Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market penetration of BUQC product range and its profitability
- Understanding the spanet requirements and translating them into product specifications
- Giving first class support, to Parker sales companies and customers for the BUQC products, regarding pricing, technical & commercial questions.
Product responsibilities :
Maximizing performance of existing product range :
- Monitoring the spanet penetration of the assigned product range and its profitability
- Support BU Management Team in developing product development roadmap and 3 – 5 years growth strategy
- Ensure competitors products knowledge, spanet intelligence and identifies trends
- Monitoring spanet pricing info together with Sales Companies colleagues
- Propose communication actions/support to Marketing Services for the BU products
- Improve product training for BUQC and conduct trainings for inside and outside Parker
- Manage projects with customers and internal teams for new products development
- Drive internal programs for integration of new products in the mass production processes.
- Maintain spanet and products knowledge sharing with other Parker divisions
Position Requirements:
Education:
- Technical background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Suitable commercial/spaneting skills.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Experience:
- Professional experience in product development, project management, and/or spaneting/sales.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of products and spanets.
- Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
