WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Associate Manager, you will:
Lead and Inspire Teams: Manage and develop represented hourly personnel in a production environment to meet quality, cost, and schedule goals.
Foster Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with hourly employees and cross-functional partners to promote teamwork and a culture of accountability.
Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise aircraft maintenance or manufacturing activities, ensuring safe practices and process adherence.
Utilize Production Systems: Leverage Shop Floor Manager (SFM) or similar systems to monitor performance, schedule adherence, and workflow efficiency.
Drive Communication: Facilitate effective team meetings, briefings, and one-on-one discussions with employees to support performance and development.
Support Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency and quality enhancements while contributing to Lean initiatives.
Ensure Compliance: Promote and enforce adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory standards.

Basic Qualifications:
• Aircraft Maintenance or Aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a union environment.
• Experience in budgeting and staffing.
• Shop Floor Manager (SFM) experience.
• Proficient in Quality Action Document System (QADS).
• C-130 Experience.
Desired Skills:
• 3+ years aircraft production experience.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally, in writing, and in group settings as a member or leader.
• Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels.
• Experience in Quality Action Document System (QADS)
• Proficiency MS Office
• Knowledge of C-130 assembly
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• AutoTime
• AMS and SAHP

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
