Description:You will be the Multi-Functional Quality Associate Manager for our Quality team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across multiple functional areas, including Quality, Reliability, Test, and Inspection, and implements quality management systems to drive excellence.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Multi-Functional Quality Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple functional areas in Quality, overseeing subordinate employees, and driving quality excellence in your assigned area of responsibility. You will coordinate recruitment, training, and performance assessment, as well as resource allocation and work assignments to establish an effective business rhythm.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Coordinating employee recruitment, selection, and training
-Managing performance assessment, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
-Allocating resources and assigning work to ensure effective business operations
-Communicating quality requirements, concerns, and expectations
-Participating in risk and opportunity management processes
-Ensuring cost commitments and financial responsibilities are met
-Implementing quality management systems and metrics programs
-Ensuring product acceptance and delivery per established process and program requirements

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in a STEM related discipline or higher and/or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

-Prior demonstrated full spectrum leadership characteristics, experience and success in leading teams and managing events.

-Excellent communication skills with presentation to various size groups, and proficient use of computing resources including MS Office applications.

-Must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance and must have an interim secret clearance prior to starting.

**Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
