THE TEAM
The Procurement Team at easyJet manages a significant proportion of our total external spend, covering Customer, Operations, Commercial, Business, Corporate, Finance, People, and IT. We are a dynamic team focused on delivering value, supporting business growth, and ensuring our partners help us achieve our ambitions.
THE ROLE
As Procurement Manager – IT Data & Technology, you will be accountable for the rapid delivery of trustworthy, scalable, and efficient IT infrastructure services that are critical for easyJet’s future growth. You will manage a portfolio of spend across IT Data & Technology, producing and delivering a Procurement Category Plan that supports our strategic objectives.
You will:
- Develop and implement clear short, mid, and long-term strategies to drive value in your allocated category
- Influence key internal stakeholders to support and buy in to your strategy
- Build relationships at board level with suppliers to leverage easyJet’s strategic importance and negotiate competitive charges
- Identify appropriate sourcing solutions using a balanced scorecard approach
- Manage the full tender process, including negotiation and contracting for service and product provision
- Drive continuous improvement within the supply base and deliver value engineering projects to reduce spend
- Monitor financial performance against plan and investigate variances
- Work closely with business areas to agree clear service specifications
- Support supplier relationship management policies and develop supplier relationships
