How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Station Manager is responsible for the overall administration, operation and safety of the station in conformance with all civil laws and regulations as well as approved company policies and procedures. In addition, he/she is responsible for the activities, administration and personnel within the various departments at the LIM airport. Responsibilities: Performs a variety of general administrative and training activities. These include but are not limited to: supervises, motivates and trains all ACS personnel so they become productive members of the Delta Team.Ensures employee awareness and enforcement of published company policies and procedures as they relate to ACS and ensures compliance with labor law as it applies to personnel and the requirements needed to implement them.Effectively interacts with and utilizes the service of numerous support departments in Deltas regional office and the Atlanta General offices, as well as interacts with authorities related to international requirements.Support synergies initiatives with our business partner, Latam. Ensures that all ACS manuals, tariffs and all equipment are properly maintained. Recommending personnel complement changes and approving shift coverage for all functions under his/her supervision.Maintains appropriate safety measures and reports any changes in airport customer service requirements for aviation and automotive fuels, lubricants, fuel equipment and fuel facilities.Must comply with all local airport regulations, contracts and agreements.Additional tasks may be assigned based on operation or business needs.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Extensive leadership experience in the Airport Customer Service line operations or equivalent experience is highly desired.Thorough knowledge of aircraft operations (Passenger service, IROP management and aircraft performance) is highly desired.Have working knowledge of Delta computer systems.Have thorough knowledge of Delta or operational procedures and policies.
