Job Title: Station Manager
Job Description
Join one of the leading independent providers of MRO services for fleet operations, lessors, OEMs, and adjusters globally. With over 30 years of industry experience, this company is an industry-leading performer constantly expanding into new markets. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to manage day-to-day operations at our SFO station, overseeing safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. This role requires ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met while collaborating cross-functionally to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations at the SFO station, leading a team of 18-20 people.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards to stay on track.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide top-tier service to customers at every step.
- Manage maintenance on primarily B767 aircraft, with training opportunities on A319, A320, A321, B737, B767, B777, and E190.
Essential Skills
- Valid A&P license.
- Minimum of five years in a line maintenance leadership role.
- Solid technical understanding of commercial aircraft maintenance.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity working with commercial airlines and fractional operators.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background check and drug screening.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate controlled environment outdoors in San Francisco, where the weather tends to be on the colder side year-round. The position primarily operates on a morning shift from Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work weekends being a plus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
- Performance-based bonus eligibility (Sales and P&L-driven)
