About the Role
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling fabricated parts at floor stations using hand and power tools. You’ll also be involved in labeling, packing, or painting units according to product specifications. This role is essential to ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are ready for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble fabricated parts using hand and power tools.
Affix labels, pack, or paint units per product specifications.
Follow detailed instructions and pre-established guidelines.
Identify and report any units that fail tests or tolerance levels.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor or manager.

Qualifications
Required:

High School Diploma or GED.
4–6 years of experience in assembly or a related field.
Familiarity with standard assembly practices and procedures.
Ability to lift over 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
Comfortable working around machinery, chemicals, and other physical risks.

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Shift: 1^st Shift
Subco Bonus Program:
- $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
- $1,000 at 60 days
- $1,000 at 90 days

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
