Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Optional Fridays

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Aviation Assembler to support the assembly of aircraft components in a manufacturing environment. This role requires precision, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced aerospace production setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble aviation parts and components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
- Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality and safety specifications
- Follow all FAA, OSHA, and internal safety and quality procedures
- Document assembly steps and report any defects or deviations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or aviation experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to required limits
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
