Job Description:
This opportunity involves hands-on work supporting aerospace assembly and production processes. The role focuses on assembling and wiring electrical components, including aerospace circuit breakers, while following detailed written instructions in English. Additional responsibilities include completing small winding assemblies and maintaining efficiency and organization at a designated workstation. The work is highly repetitive and demands precision, consistency, and a strong commitment to workmanship.
We welcome entry-level candidates who are motivated to build a career in aerospace manufacturing. Applicants should bring 1–3 years of recent experience in electrical wiring and crimping and have practical knowledge of circuit breakers, switches, and relays. Success in this role requires reliability, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to perform accurate work in a production-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Read and follow work instructions in English.
- Wire aerospace circuit breakers.
- Perform small winding assembly tasks.
- Work at a designated workstation.
- Execute repetitive tasks with precision.
Essential Skills
- Ability to read and understand blueprints/instructions.
- Experience in production and manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in assembly and wiring tasks.
- Ability to use hand and power tools

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmetto, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18.23/hr.
