As an Production Technician you’ll play a key role in building high-performance WiFi modems used in aircraft. This is a hands-on position where precision, quality, and attention to detail are essential. You’ll follow blueprints and SOPs to assemble and test each unit, ensuring it meets rigorous standards before takeoff.
Shift & Pay:- First Shift-Mon-Fri 8 AM -4:30 PM
- $23-$25/hour
What You’ll Do:- Assemble aircraft WiFi modems using hand tools and wiring techniques
- Follow detailed blueprints and SOPs to build sub-assemblies into final products
- Perform computer-based testing to verify modem functionality
- Maintain a daily production pace of 6–12 units
- Track inventory and enter data accurately into system tools
What You Bring:- Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Skilled in crimping, wiring, and using torque tools
- Strong computer literacy for testing and inventory tracking
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred Experience:- Prior experience in electro-mechanical or medical device assembly
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing environments
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.50/hr.
