PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry to hire a detail-driven QA Incoming Inspector who ensures only the highest-quality materials and products move forward in production. Role Overview: Quality That Drives Performance
As a QA Incoming Inspector, you will play a critical role in maintaining product integrity by inspecting incoming materials and verifying that all components meet strict industry and customer standards. Your work directly supports manufacturing excellence, reduces defects, and ensures reliable, high-performing electronic products reach customers.
What You’ll Do: Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Inspect incoming raw materials and components using IQA and in-process inspection tools
Verify product quality against industry standards and customer specifications
Accurately record inspection results in manufacturing data collection systems
Identify, segregate, and coordinate the return of non-conforming materials
Support in-process and finished product inspections as needed
Monitor quality issues and escalate concerns to the Quality Team Leader
Assist with document control tasks, including reviewing and correcting uploaded files
Maintain accurate and organized quality records and documentation
Support audits and quality system activities as assigned
Follow and uphold 5S and housekeeping standards in the work environment
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
4–6 years of relevant quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of sampling plans (AQL) and inspection procedures
Familiarity with basic inspection tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and multimeters
Basic understanding of electronic and mechanical components
Computer proficiency and ability to navigate manufacturing systems
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with internal teams
Basic English reading and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with industry standards such as IPC-A-610, workmanship, and cosmetic specifications
Familiarity with document control systems and quality record management
Relevant certifications as defined by site operations
Exposure to in-process audits and quality system support activities

Pay Details: $20.90 to $23.10 per hour
