Responsibilities:

  • Managing the company&39;s operational safety policy, supporting all areas so that the requirements related to the policy are met and implemented.

  • Managing the systems, programs and processes defined by the Brazilian aeronautical authorities and by AIRBUS itself, which involve operational safety.

  • Manage the processes defined in the Operational Safety Management System, as well as its manual and related programs.

  • Coordinating the operational safety processes, supporting the areas responsible, so that there is active participation that leads to improvements with the implementation of these processes, as well as managing the data collected from the safety programs, so that the indicators can demonstrate to senior management the performance of the respective processes.

  • Ensuring the monitoring and control of occurrences, incidents, accidents, non-conformities and recommendations from CENIPA and ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency), enabling corrective, preventive and predictive actions to be taken.

  • Keeping the Aeronautical Emergency Response Plan up to date, coordinating the means and resources for its activation and effective response.

  • Manage the means for implementing the safety plan, including the formation, training, development and optimization of the workforce, guiding the activities and adopting the necessary procedures to meet the company&39;s objectives with the safety standards and deadlines established, in a position to meet the estimated demand.

  • When qualified as a helicopter pilot and authorized by Flight Test Management, the Safety Advisor may also:

- Give ground, flight, simulator and exam instruction. - Take part in production, maintenance and transfer flights.

- Remain up-to-date and qualified in the Airbus Helicopters aircraft types for which they are assigned to carry out flight activities, meeting the requirements of Airbus Helicopters/Helibras, as well as the Brazilian aeronautical authorities.

  • Represent Helibras at meetings, symposiums, seminars, meetings and lectures, being able to speak on relevant topics of interest to the company.

  • Instill in his/her team the spirit of process improvement, safety and technological development, supporting research, development and innovation initiatives related to the sector under his/her leadership. 

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in Aeronautical Sciences, Engineering or Operational Safety.
  • Postgraduate degree in Safety Systems, Project Management or People Management desirable. 

  • Solid experience in operational activities.

  • Knowledge of aviation processes and systems.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to your activity.

  • SGSO and/or Flight Safety course.

  • Valid PLH (Airline Transport Pilot), INVH (Flight Instructor), IFRH (Instrument Flying) and CMA (Aeronautical Medical Certificate) qualifications.

  • Proficiency in Portuguese (verbal, writing and reading).

  • Advanced English (will be assessed at interview).

  • Spanish and/or French desirable.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gerir a política de segurança operacional na empresa, dando suporte a todas as áreas, de modo que os requisitos relacionados à política sejam atendidos e implementados.

  • Gerir os sistemas, programas e processos definidos pelas autoridades aeronáuticas brasileiras e pela própria AIRBUS, que envolvem a segurança operacional.

  • Gerir os processos definidos no Sistema de Gerenciamento de Segurança Operacional, bem como o seu manual e programas afins.

  • Coordenar os processos de segurança operacional, apoiando as áreas responsáveis, de modo que haja uma participação ativa que redunde em melhorias com a implementação de tais processos, bem como gerir os dados coletados a partir dos programas de segurança, de modo que os indicadores possam demonstrar à alta direção a performance dos respectivos processos.

  • Garantir o acompanhamento e controle das ocorrências, incidentes, acidentes, não conformidades e recomendações do CENIPA e ANAC (Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil), possibilitando a tomada de ações corretivas, preventivas e preditivas.

  • Manter atualizado o Plano de Resposta à Emergências Aeronáuticas, coordenando os meios e recursos para o seu acionamento e resposta eficaz.

  • Gerenciar os meios para a aplicação do plano de segurança, compreendendo a formação, capacitação, desenvolvimento e otimização da força de trabalho, orientando as atividades e adotando os procedimentos necessários para cumprir os objetivos da empresa com os padrões de segurança e prazos estabelecidos, em condições de atender a demanda estimada.

  • Quando qualificado como piloto de helicóptero e autorizado pela Gestão de Ensaios em voo, o Assessor de Segurança poderá, ainda:

- Ministrar instrução de solo, voo, simulador e exames. - Participar dos voos de produção, manutenção e translado.

- Manter-se atualizado e habilitado nos tipos de aeronaves Airbus Helicopters, para as quais for designado realizar atividades de voo, atendendo às exigências da Airbus Helicopters/ Helibras, bem como das autoridades aeronáuticas brasileiras.

  • Representar a Helibras em reuniões, simpósios, seminários, reuniões e palestras, podendo dissertar sobre temas relevantes e de interesse da empresa.

  • Incutir em sua equipe o espírito de melhoria de processos, segurança e desenvolvimento tecnológico, apoiando as iniciativas de pesquisa, desenvolvimento e inovação relacionados ao setor sob sua liderança. 

Requisitos:

  • Graduação completa em Ciências Aeronáuticas, Engenharia ou Segurança Operacional.

  • Desejável Pós Graduação em Sistemas de Segurança, Gestão de Projetos ou Gestão de Pessoas. 

  • Sólida experiência em atividades operacionais.

  • Conhecimento dos processos e sistemas da aviação.

  • Domínio dos requisitos regulatórios e normas afetas a sua atividade.

  • Curso de SGSO e/ou Segurança de Voo.

  • Habilitações PLH (Piloto de Linha Aérea), INVH (Instrutor de Voo), IFRH (Voo por instrumentos) e CMA (Certificado Médico Aeronáutico) válido.

  • Proficiência em Português (verbal, escrita e leitura).

  • Inglês avançado (será avaliado na entrevista).

  • Desejável espanhol e/ou francês.
