Job Description:

Position Summary: 

The Coordinator Connectivity at Paisly supports seamless property integrations and onboarding by ensuring accurate rate plans, policies and system functionality. This role handles reporting and troubleshooting, oversees hotel contracts, promotions, stop-sell dates, rate adjustments and website updates and validates reservation confirmations. The Coordinator, Connectivity also tracks room inventory allocations to ensure products are available to customers without interruption.

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for building new contracts, both static and dynamic and testing rate plans, policies and images on all necessary platforms. 

  • Support troubleshooting requests on rate plan updates and availability requests. 

  • Assists with inbox oversight and communicate directly with business partners. 

  • Document client contract details into the reservation system. 

  • Oversee daily room block inventories in the reservation system, ensuring accurate logging, procurement and timely release based on business needs.  

  • Monitors room space and contacts business partners to request additional inventory when needed. 

  • Escalate appropriately by submitting IT requests. 

  • Ensure accuracy of all documents, reports, reservations and applicable contracts. 

  • Processing and ordering activities. 

  • Retain and update SharePoint tasks, Outlook and Images. 

  • Other complex projects and duties as assigned. 

 

Job Requirements:
: 

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. 

  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service or related experience. 

  • Minimum of one (1) year of Hospitality, Business, Technology or related field.  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive. Strong attention to detail with advanced computer and typing skills (accuracy and speed). 

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. 

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams and stakeholders. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative and positive attitude in a high-pressure team setting. 

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain flexibility. 

  • Must be able to pass a ten (10) year background check. 

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located. 

  • Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. 

 

Preferred Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Technology, or a related field. 

  • Previous experience with room inventory allocation and management. 

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders. 

  • Experience in the travel, hospitality, or airline industry, particularly with hotel distribution, reservations, or connectivity systems. 

  • Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Channel Managers, Property Management Systems (PMS), or other third-party connectivity platforms. 

  • Prior experience in contract loading, rate management, or promotions set up in a hospitality or travel environment. 

  • Knowledge of JetBlue systems, policies, or processes. 

  • Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, or technical troubleshooting for connectivity solutions. 

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate reports, and identify trends for process improvement. 

  • Effective time management skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills. 

  • Prior experience collaborating cross-functionally with commercial, product, or technology teams. 

 

Crewmember Expectations: 

  • Regular attendance and punctuality.   

  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice.  

  • Able to maintain a professional appearance.  

  • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.  

  • Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion and Fun.  

  • The use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate from being considered for the position.
