You will use skills like advanced data mining to proactively acquire information from various sources. You will process, cleanse, and validate the data integrity of that data and enhance it where required using third party data sources and other techniques. Finally, you will use statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and ad-hoc analysis to build high quality predictive and prescriptive solutions for the enterprise.

Qualifications You Must Have:
• Bachelors Degree in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Data-oriented personality
• Applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
• Understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms
Qualifications We Prefer:
• Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Weka, NumPy, MatLab, AWS Sagemaker, etc.
• Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Hive, Pig, etc
• Good scripting and programming skills: Python, PySpark, Scala, R, etc
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableu, etc
• Experience with AWS Data Warehousing: AWS RDS (PostgreSQL), Redshift
• Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, Amazon DynamoDB
• Good communication skills
Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
