Completion of an electrical apprenticeship, technical training, or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work onsite in a secure federal facility
Leveling GuidelinesElectrician I (Entry-Level)
Electrician II (Mid-Level)
3–5 years of relevant experience
Experience performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
Works independently on standard assignments
Electrician III (Senior-Level)
6+ years of relevant experience
Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
Experience supporting complex or mission-critical systems
May lead tasks, mentor junior staff, and provide technical guidance
Preferred QualificationsJourneyman or Master Electrician license
Experience supporting NASA, DoD, or other federal facilities
Experience in industrial, commercial, or research environments
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
Active security clearance (if applicable)
