We’re now opening a permanent part-time Cabin Crew position (50) based in Oslo This role is perfect for those who want to fly high while keeping their feet on the ground—most of the time.

As part of our crew, you won’t just be a Cabin Crew — at times, you’ll be a nurse, psychologist, nanny, cleaner, chef, and security guard (because let’s face it, being Cabin Crew requires all the above!)
Whether you’re new to the industry or an experienced professional, our comprehensive training course will fully prepare you for the role. Upon completion, you’ll receive an official certification and become part of our close-knit team of 2,500 cabin crew members, ready to welcome you to the world above the skies.

Key Details About This Part-Time Role:
- Permanent contract
- Maximum 50 workload over 12 months
- Majority of work will be during the summer period (6 months starting April or May)
- Expect to be off duty during the low season (starting October or November)
You’re an Ideal Candidate If:
- You have a clean criminal record
- You preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)
- You have a valid medical certificate or can obtain one
- You hold a European unrestricted passport
- You have a valid work permit for Norway
- You can pass a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring
- You are over 20 years old
- You are above 160 cm or can reach 210 cm on tiptoes
- You can swim
- You are preferably fluent in a Scandinavian language
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- You live within 90 minutes of Oslo or are willing to relocate
- You have no tattoos on your face or neck, and any tattoos on hands or behind the ear do not exceed 1.5 cm
- Preferably completed upper secondary school or equivalent. Relevant service experience may compensate
If Selected, You’ll Need to:
- Obtain an approved medical certificate (including alcohol/intoxication testing)
- Pass a background check to receive an admission card
- Successfully complete our training course
