YOUR ROLE AS AN: Inflight Services Agent
Youll be a crucial part of our team, ensuring our flights are well-prepared and our passengers have a positive experience! Youll manage catering, supplies, and other essential services, contributing to smooth and efficient operations.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Catering Coordination: Plan and coordinate in-flight catering, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Supply Management: Oversee the loading and unloading of food, beverages, merchandise, and other necessary items.
Operational Support: Review operational communications, address any issues, and support smooth flight operations.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs), with a focus on food safety.
WHO YOU ARE:
Education: Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent relevant experience.
Airline Experience: Experience in airline operations is a plus.
Flexibility: Able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications.
Food Safety Awareness: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Communication: Good reading and writing skills in English.
Driving: Valid driving license and ability to drive a manual transmission car.
