Pay Rate:           $23-$25/hr W2
Shift hour:         2nd shift 3:30 PM - 1 AM & On Friday 3:30 – 12 AM, 100% Onsite
 
Job Description-
 
• Initiates proper procedures in coating materials to various surfaces by spraying with a spray gun
• Must have experience with the proper surface preparation methods and coating techniques
• Takes measures to ensure item is properly coated and meets surface protection requirements.
• Read and understand detailed blueprints and operation instructions
• Exceptional organizational skills & ability to manage multiple projects and assignments
• Apply various sealants and adhesives and ensure integrity per work instruction (process standards)
• Observe industry best practices for FOD, 5S, and material handling controls.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high performing, and inclusive environment
• Highly developed support individual contributor. Works autonomously
• Makes recommendations for solution
• Ensure that you are following all safety requirements/PPE
• Promote and facilitate lean manufacturing principles within an environment of continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate records and manufacturing documentation
• Ensure that all shop instruments and materials used are within calibration

• Requires minimal job knowledge/skills.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 to 5 years of prior related experience.
• Be able to read and understand work instructions in English
