Summary
This role is responsible for supporting the operations for our Sales team.
Responsibilities
Working with HQ sales team, Sales Operations team, and Singapore team to drive POS SG sales volume/revenue
Build and manage good business relationship with external business partners to maxmize POS SG sales
Supporting team managers in streamlining standard handling processes, in alignment with Scoot’s policies and requirements
Provide effective Trade communication to build awareness, maintain engagement and preserve loyalty
Support commercial activities in the Singapore spanet
Development and maintenance of POS SG trade database. Clean, maintain, and categorise agents for POS SG
Ad-hoc analysis/operational projects e.g. reviewing of current SOPs, dashboard/report creation
Requirements
General Diploma, with relevant Sales/Commercial experience in Aviation (Optional)
Willingness and enthusiasm in learning
Ability to cope with fast-paced working environment, remain calm and clear headed in times of crisis to support sales operations
Comfortable working with ambiguity and without complete information
Self-starter, excellent communicator and strong team player
Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written in English
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation
Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Looks ups, Macros)
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
